Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that SB
124 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on           
final passage.                                                                 
                                                                               
Representative Navarre objected and withdrew the objection.  There             
being no further objection, it was so ordered.                                 
                                                                               
SB 124 was read the third time.
